How to Remove Shortcut Virus

Firstly free up the space on your removable drive and show all the hidden files by following  tab Oragnise(on top of your window screen)<folder and search option<view(tab)<hidden files and folders<select show hidden files and folders. Consider the changes when you open your removale drive.There must be some file with any name but with .vbs extension that is it is a script file...which in short is a VIRUS.I know your next step you will surely try to delete that file,lol,nothing goin to help you buddy.It will come back again just in few seconds. Now i will tell you how to remove it.Follow the below procedure.   Open the task manager.(Press start button+R<taskmgr.exe<OK) Go to processes tab and there you "Wsript.exe".End the process Wscript.exe. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\your PC username\Local Settings\Temp You will see your .vbs file there,delete it from there. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\your PC username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup. You will see your .vbs file there,delete it from there.                 4. Now if there is no such file,then delete .vbs file also from your removable disk and also delete                       shorcuts from your disk or flash drive.                5. Now i assume that your removalble disk is labelled with letter G.              . 6. Open cmd<enter the command written below                        attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*                7.
